What is the Cudor Loyalty program?

  • The Cudor Loyalty program is based on the accumulation of points.

RM 1 = 1 point, and each member will only earn points on regular-priced items, excluding promotional items.

How long is the validity of Cudor points?

  • The points are valid for one year, while the redeemed point vouchers are valid for six months.

How to redeem and use the point vouchers?

  • Point vouchers can be redeemed via the Cudor Glow Club dashboard. They are eligible to be applied to regular-price items with a minimum purchase amount of RM100.

When will I receive my birthday rewards?

  • The points will be rewarded once a year on your birthday. Kindly fill in your birth date at least 30 days before your birthday so as to receive the rewards successfully.
